What causes a Chin's teeth to rot? I would imagine it's giving it an improper diet but...

in my country Bulgaria in a medium big town there isn't any vet that can help me with my chin my chin has lost finger from her little paw .that is how i bought it .one day my brother walked in the living room and injured her right leg with the door .we caught her and wraped it with bandages after the wound healed on her leg it got some lump .when i saw all the things you've done i was amazed you helped chins from certain death to joyful chins,that's WOW so could you give me some advise about my chin what to buy for her teeth and health or how can i make her toys.It's just that i don't know how to take proper help for her .my email is [email protected]
